Therapy for College Students

College is no easy feat.

It can be an incredible time, but it can also be stressful.  Contrary to common assumptions, college life is more than partying, making new friends, and trying new things. It’s also a tremendous transition, with new difficulties and obligations. Students in college confront everyday challenges and academic obligations that, if neglected, can aggravate mental health difficulties. Stress and changes can lead to depression, anxiety, uncertainty, and poor academic performance.

The great news is, you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy is one of the best resources available to help you navigate this time. It can be beneficial for students that are active in the midst of a struggle or it can also be for students that are looking for support and guidance. At Plymouth Mental Health, we understand the unique challenges that college students face, and we're here to help you navigate this important chapter of your life. Whatever you are feeling, we are here to help!
