Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

Whatever you are going through, you are not alone.

Life is full of ups and downs and adjusting to these transitions can be incredibly challenging. Therapy is a safe space to unpack difficult experiences and emotions and I am here to support you in this journey.

My name is Shannon and I earned my Master’s in Social Work from The University of Michigan and currently have my Limited Master’s Social Work License (LLMSW) in the state of Michigan.  I have experience working in a variety of settings including inpatient psychiatry, outpatient treatment programs, University of Michigan hospital, and currently at a university counseling center working with college students. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and adults. My areas of clinical interest are anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, stress management, family issues, and life transitions.

Sessions with me are nonjudgmental- I want you to feel welcome and comfortable! My approach to therapy is person-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused, but most importantly I will meet you where you’re at.

Currently, I’m only offering telehealth sessions and I’m happy to answer any questions you might have so you can feel as comfortable as possible!
