Hi, my name is Anna!

I’m so glad you’re here, and I want to thank you for taking the time to get to know me. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and the fact that you’re here tells me there’s a part of you ready for something to shift. I deeply honor that.

In our work together, I show up as a human first. Therapy with me is a space where your emotions are welcomed, not judged. You deserve to be seen fully — in your joy, your grief, your confusion, and your growth.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to show up — and I’ll meet you there.

My Approach

My approach is warm, empathetic, and deeply caring. You will feel supported here. At the same time, I gently challenge perspectives and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll explore new ways of understanding your experiences and expand what feels possible for you.

I’m passionate about empowering clients to create meaningful change, especially in their relationships. Whether it’s learning to say no, honoring your needs, or stepping out of patterns that no longer serve you, I’ll walk alongside you as you build the confidence to choose yourself.

Our work also includes learning to love yourself — not just the polished, productive version, but the whole you. This means offering compassion to your past self, understanding how you coped, and releasing shame that was never yours to carry.

Experience

I work with children, teens, adults, and older adults, bringing years of experience across community support and outpatient mental health settings. My background includes connecting families to literacy resources, mentoring adolescents, and providing therapy for adults living with severe mental illness.

I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and a Strengths-Based Perspective. I believe therapy is most effective when it’s personalized, so I collaborate with each client to create a plan that reflects their unique goals, strengths, and experiences.

Fun Facts About Me

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me surrounded by my pets—even the farm animals! I love getting creative with coloring and watercolor painting, or escaping into a game on my Nintendo Switch. Slow mornings are my favorite, especially when they involve a stack of pancakes and some quiet time to recharge.
