Self- Care Circle

Join the Self-Care Circle at Plymouth Mental Health and discover a place where you can be yourself, learn new skills, and build connections with peers. Our safe and inclusive group is designed to help you build self-esteem, develop healthy habits, and learn the coping skills needed to navigate the challenges of adolescence. Our peer support model means you'll find a supportive community of fellow teens who understand what you're going through and are here to help you along the way.

Participating in Plymouth Mental Health’s Self-Care Circle offers various benefits including the opportunity to learn from shared experiences, gain knowledge about self-care strategies, and form a support system within the community. Our goal is to assist individuals in achieving their personal goals and improve their mental, emotional, and physical health through this affirming forum.
