Hello all!
“It’s about the journey, not the destination” is a saying I’ve carried with me from someone important in my life, and one that continues to guide my therapeutic work. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore challenges, build resilience, and move at a pace that feels right for them. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and feelings of being overwhelmed or stuck. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and affirming care, with a special passion for supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community in feeling seen, respected, and supported as they move toward meaningful growth and healing.
Rooted in a humanistic, person-centered approach, I tailor therapy to each client while drawing on strengths-based and cognitive-behavioral (CBT) strategies to help clients understand intrusive thoughts, manage emotions, and build healthier coping skills in a supportive and authentic space. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you do not have to face life’s challenges alone. My goal is to provide a welcoming, collaborative environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered as we work together toward healing, growth, and meaningful change!
