Hi, I'm Bridget!
I’m delighted that you’re here, and I’m proud of you for exploring support. Finding a therapist with whom you can connect is a crucial part of the journey, and I hope you will gain a better understanding of my values and approach as a clinician below. If you have any questions or want to connect, please reach out anytime!
Approach to Therapy

When life feels heavy, overwhelming, or uncertain, people often hear things like “just let it go,” or “focus on the positive.” The intention is kind, but the reality is more complicated as hard emotions don’t always disappear just because we want them to.

In the way I work, we don’t fight, shame, or bulldoze those feelings. Instead, we began by understanding them, and from there, we focus on building skills, exploring the parts of you that have shaped your life, and moving toward changes that truly feel meaningful to you.

I love using tools that make therapy practical and personal, such as CBT, DBT skills, IFS-informed parts work, somatic and nervous system awareness and psychoeducation. My style is collaborative, strengths-based, and person-centered — meaning we build your therapy around what works for you, not the other way around.

My work is always rooted in cultural humility, systems-aware care, and empowerment rather than judgment. All clients deserve a space that feels human, respectful, and honest. The goal is to help you strengthen your voice, trust yourself, and heal in ways that fit your real life. I work with clients managing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-harm recovery, emotional dysregulation, identity rebuilding, career + life pivots and much more. Therapy should strengthen you, not shrink you, by helping you better understand yourself and advocate for yourself in a world that often makes that hard to do.

A Little About Me

Therapy is serious work, but laughter, curiosity, and warmth also belong in healing spaces.

In session, I strive to bring warmth, honesty, curiosity, and occasional humor, which creates a space for genuine conversation, real emotions and growth. When I'm not working, I can usually be found stargazing, drinking iced lattes, or training my cats to become therapy assistants! I enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible, as I find nature to be healing and grounding.

I’m passionate about creating a space where you don’t have to perform your healing; instead, you can simply be yourself.

I’m grateful to have the opportunity to do this work, and I look forward to the possibility of supporting you as well!
