Hi, I'm Clarissa! I’m so happy you’re here! :)
Reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating — sometimes even overwhelming — but it’s also one of the most meaningful steps you can take toward becoming the best version of yourself. The fact that you’re here tells me something important: a part of you believes life can feel better than it does right now, AND you’re ready to take a step towards that.
If you have any questions or think I’d be a good fit for you or your child, feel free to contact me at the email below!
Approach to Therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and REAL! Sessions are tailored to your needs and crafted around your individual preference. I’m a therapist who balances compassion and humor with real tools. I don’t just listen — I help you understand patterns, connect emotions to
experiences, and build skills you can use outside the therapy room. We’ll look at how the past has shaped the present, and work together on creating a future you’ll be proud of. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’ve been carrying and figure out how to move forward in a way that actually fits your life — so that you can thrive, and not just survive. Therapy shouldn’t be something that you dread; it should be a safe place to develop coping skills to better handle the different waves of life.

Specialties/Experience

My work is grounded in extensive experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, teens, young adults, and families. I create a space where children can learn to express themselves, handle big emotions, and work through developmentally appropriate issues that arise – all while having fun! I work collaboratively with families, so you leave not only with support for your child, but tools you can actually use at home. I also support teens and adults as they navigate life transitions, relationships, stress, emotional challenges and much more. This is a space where every version of you is welcome! My goal is to provide authentic support through the ups and downs of this thing we call life!

A Little Bit About Me

I like to think of myself as a certified hobby enthusiast. Outside of sessions, you’ll probably find me at the gym, deep in a book, spending time with my dog Kash, or unwinding with my Nintendo Switch. I believe healing also happens in small everyday moments — routines,
laughter, rest, and learning how to actually enjoy your life again!
Thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit about me! Keep taking steps towards the person you want to become; every step matters!

Sincerely,
Your Future Therapist :)
