Hi, I’m Devin. You're in the Right Place!

Life Is Challenging, but You Are Not Alone.

Life can be a rollercoaster of ups and downs, leaving us feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about the path ahead. I'm here to offer you a safe and empathetic space where you can explore your struggles, process your emotions, and discover the strength within you to overcome life's challenges. Together, we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing, working towards building the skills and resilience you need to navigate through difficult times and emerge stronger on the other side. You've taken the first step by reaching out for help, and I'm honored to walk alongside you on this journey towards healing and growth.

Empowering Your Voice

At the heart of my practice is a commitment to supporting children, teens, and adults as they navigate life's challenges. Whether you or your child are experiencing depression, anxiety, autism-related challenges, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), or other emotional and behavioral concerns, I strive to provide a safe, compassionate, and understanding environment where you can feel heard, valued, and supported. Together, we'll work to build the tools, confidence, and resilience needed to overcome challenges, encourage personal growth, and thrive.

Areas of Expertise

My therapy approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment where you will feel empowered to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Drawing from techniques utilized in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Emotion-Focused Therapy, I strive to provide evidence-based interventions that promote building skills and healing. With extensive experience in working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, autism, child abuse and neglect, sexuality, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder, I am committed to offering compassionate support and guidance to help you navigate through life's challenges and achieve your therapeutic goals.

No matter where you are in your journey, positive change is possible. Therapy is a place to discover your strengths, find clarity, and move forward with confidence. I’d be honored to help you take that next step.
