Hi, I’m Ghazaleh (or G)!
It’s completely natural to feel hesitant about reaching out for mental health support. Taking that first step can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone.

Growing up, I witnessed the stigma surrounding mental health, which inspired me to become part of the change. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your experiences, build resilience, and develop tools to thrive.

My Therapeutic Approach

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and feelings of uncertainty or disconnection. My approach is client-centered and integrative, meaning I tailor our work together to fit your unique goals and needs. Depending on what best supports you, I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Theory, Play Therapy, and Parent-Child Psychotherapy. Together, we’ll identify patterns, strengthen coping strategies, and foster deeper self-understanding and personal growth.
I also specialize in infant and early childhood mental health, offering support to parents and caregivers seeking to nurture their child’s emotional well-being while caring for their own.
Whether you’re coming to therapy as an individual, couple, or family, I’m here to guide and support you with empathy and genuine care. Let’s work together to create lasting change and help you move toward the life you want to live.
Your journey toward healing and self-discovery starts here :)

Education and Experience

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work from Wayne State University. During my graduate training, I completed an internship at a community mental health organization, where I worked with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. That experience deepened my commitment to accessible, compassionate mental health care and strengthened my skills in trauma-informed and client-centered practice.
