Hi There!
I’m so glad you're here. My name is Olivia! Choosing a therapist who is the right fit is a crucial step in your journey. I encourage you to read more about my background and approach below, and please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions!
Approach to Therapy

I provide support for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief & loss, life transitions and much more. My goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where we can work together toward healing, growth, and positive change.

At times, you may feel alone in your struggles or unsure of where to begin in seeking support. My role is to meet you exactly where you are and walk alongside you as we work together toward helping you become the best version of yourself.

Parents, there may be times when you feel at a standstill with your child, unsure of how to navigate their mental health challenges. You don’t have to face this alone—I am here to support both you and your child.
Fun facts about me

I played ice hockey for 15 years, including two years at the collegiate level at Concordia University in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I’m a passionate gamer with a love for Pokémon and Animal Crossing. When I’m not gaming, you’ll likely find me outdoors (especially enjoying the fall season) or out fishing.

I look forward to working together with you on your journey!
