Let's face it - many of us are connected to social media at the hip. While there are many benefits to connecting with friends, family and colleagues, there are drawbacks that can negatively affect our mental health. If you're ever feeling like you're too intertwined with the daily "chat," try giving social media a "pause." Could be a day or two...could be a week or more. Disconnecting allows for a mental "re-charge," which can offer significant health benefits!
