Hi, my name is Richard!
I’m really glad you found your way here! Choosing therapy takes courage, and you’re in the right place. I’ve always been drawn
to understanding how people grow, cope, and find meaning, especially during the messy and uncertain parts of life. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience working with people of all ages. I understand the tough transitions that can come with identity development, life pressures, relationship challenges, and figuring out what comes next.
Approach to Therapy

I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, men’s issues, sports/athletic issues, burnout, social media overuse or fixation and much more. I also enjoy supporting clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or stretched thin by the expectations they carry from work, family, culture, school or themselves. No matter the concern, my goal is to offer a space where people feel understood, supported, and able to explore their experiences without judgment.

My therapy approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that we are all capable of far more than we often realize. I take a strength-based and collaborative approach, meeting clients where they are and building a therapeutic relationship that empowers them to move toward healthier, more meaningful ways of living.

Outside of therapy sessions, I enjoy working out, photography, painting, and spending time with my fiancée and our four cats.

I look forward to connecting with you!
