Hello there!
I am glad you decided to stop by, because an important part of therapy is making sure I am the right fit for you! Thank you for taking the time to get to know a little more about me.
I earned my Masters in Social Work at Wayne State University in 2018 and received my Bachelors in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University in 2015. My background in Social Work comes from working with children, adolescents, and adults with various mental health needs. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, adjustment disorders, relationship issues, grief and loss, oppositional defiance disorder (ODD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and assisting parents of children with developmental disabilities. I have a passion working with children and adolescents and have had a lot of success with chipping away at their walls until it no longer stands between us.
Remember the first step is to find someone who would be a great match for you! Think of our therapy sessions as if you were spending time with a friend you could vent to. I will be the therapist who would utilize the strength based approach while providing you with a supported, relaxed, comfortable and personal experience. I am currently taking appointments and encourage you to schedule an appointment with me as I am excited to meet you and help you in your journey.
