Hi, I’m Tina! I’m So Glad You’re Here.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming. Life itself can feel overwhelming. Whether you're feeling anxious, stuck, burned out, navigating a major life transition, or simply carrying more than you can manage on your own, you don't have to figure it out alone.
Approach to Therapy
My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. This means meeting you where you are with empathy and curiosity, while recognizing that your experiences, goals, and path forward are uniquely yours. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as we explore what healing and growth look like for you. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard, respected, and understood. My goal is to create a space where you can come as you are and feel supported as we work together toward the life you want to build.
Specialties/Experience
For more than 15 years, I've worked alongside children, adults, and families navigating complex challenges, including trauma, family conflict, life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, and difficult life experiences. My background in social work has also given me extensive experience supporting individuals and families navigating a wide array of life's difficulties, education, and the complexities of parenting and family issues. Through this work, I've learned that there is no single path toward healing. What works for one person may look completely different for another.
My Commitment to You
I work to create a space where you feel safe to show up fully, without masks or judgment, and have a real opportunity to heal and move forward. Together, we'll build on the strengths you already have, explore patterns or experiences that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to create meaningful change in your everyday life.
You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Wherever you are in your journey, we can start there. I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
