✅ Therapy is for growth, self-understanding, and support—at any stage of life.
✅ You don’t have to hit rock bottom to ask for help.

Therapy isn’t a weakness—it’s a tool. And choosing support is a powerful step toward feeling better, living more fully, and understanding yourself more deeply 💛
Sadly, there still is a stigma attached to therapy in general. Progress is being made, but we need to continue dispelling myths that are associated with therapy. Together, we’ll keep moving forward and continue communicating the life-changing benefits of therapy!
